Artists ‘enter’ the homes of Ravenna residents: a shared art circuit is born.
Starting in October 2019, a new shared art circuit will be launched in Ravenna: the Deda Project – Evasive Dimension of Art.
Twenty-four artists, mostly local but also national and international, will make their works available in a traveling artistic network hosted in private spaces, for the duration of one year.
Each month, participating homes will host an artwork from a variety of expressive forms: painting, street art, electronic art, sculpture, light design, and photography. Within the circuit, there will also be opportunities to organize dinners with artists, home gallery exhibitions, studio visits, and social gatherings between hosts, artists, and critics. The project aims to strengthen the local artistic network, contribute to the city’s cultural vitality, and introduce a new way of experiencing art.

Deda Project 19/20 – Dimensione Evasiva d’Arte.
Gli artisti ‘entrano’ nelle case dei ravennati: nasce un circuito d’arte condivisa.
A partire da ottobre 2019, a Ravenna prenderà il via un nuovo circuito d’arte condivisa: il Deda Project – Dimensione Evasiva d’Arte.
24 artisti, per lo più locali ma anche nazionali e internazionali, metteranno le loro opere a disposizione in un network artistico itinerante ospitato in spazi privati, per la durata di un anno.
Ogni mese, le case partecipanti ospiteranno un’opera proveniente da diverse forme espressive: pittura, street art, arte elettronica, scultura, light design e fotografia. All’interno del circuito sarà possibile organizzare cene con gli artisti, home gallery exhibitions, visite agli atelier e momenti conviviali tra ospitanti, artisti e critici. Il progetto si propone di rafforzare la rete artistica locale, contribuire al fermento culturale della città e proporre un nuovo modo di vivere l’arte.
